He was predeceased by : his parents, Gaddis Ingram and Gertie Ingram; his wife Wanda K. Ingram; and his siblings, Frazier Ingram and Hazel Whitman.

He is survived by : his sons, Johnny Ingram and Chris Ingram (Wanda); and his siblings, Robert Ingram, Barbara Ingram Baldwin and Shirley Ingram Jones.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.

“TC Ingram is a close friend and we had many good times working on DOT CE&I projects for Brown & Root and KBR. I will miss him greatly and he had a major impact on my life. I learned a lot from TC or Copus as some people called him. He was an amazing man and I am better off for having know him.”
