He is survived by: his wife Jessie Pollard (Rodgers); his children, Melissa Davis (James), Ernie Roy (Lisa) and Cris Bennett; his sister Brenda Heaton (Pollard); and his nephews, Jody Irby (Lisa) and Kelly Heaton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
