Hewett, Billy Joe Sewell (Terri) and James E. Sewell (Faye); his stepchildren, Adam Helveston (Mary), Terri Williams (Mike), Sherri Bohannon and Toni Coffey; and his siblings, Sonny Hewett and Brenda Ann Knight (John).
