He is survived by: his wife Lynn Lewis; his children, Mark Dwane Lewis Jr., Amy Owen, David Lee Lewis and Holley Lewis Collins; and his brothers, Carlos Gerald Lewis, Charles Dendral Lewis (Dink), Carlton Lemoyne Lewis and David Clinton Lewis. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
