It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirah Gleason (Eight Mile, Alabama), who passed away on October 10, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Josh Gleason and Mallory Gleason; and her siblings, Lilly, Ivey, Christopher and Hazel Gleason. She is also survived by extended family and a wide community of friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crawford Baptist Church (3000 Sun Valley Rd., Semmes, Alabama 36575). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Valhalla Memorial Gardens (8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613).
