She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delores Ratcliffe and Michael Ratcliffe; her siblings, Thomas and Erika; her sons, Timothy "Nic" Shirley (Megan Jones) and Winfred Shirley III (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Kira Thomas, Christian, Colson, John, Rhenn and Charlie-Mae.
