He was predeceased by : his parents, Buford Kelly and Nunnie Mae Kelly of Elba. He is survived by : his stepchildren, Vince of Opp and Vanessa McTear of Opp; and his brother Charles Kelly (Eloise) of Elba. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
