She was predeceased by: her husband Aubrey J. Spainhoward; her sons, Ronald Gene Spainhoward and Donald Spainhoward; and her parents, Inez Lunsford and Fred Lunsford.
She is survived by: her caregiver Dorothy Loretta Spainhoward of Elba; her grandsons, Wayne Spainhoward (Ashley) and Donald Wayne Spainhoward, Jr. (Shea); and her brother Glen Lunsford of Elba. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
