He is survived by: his wife Laura Lassiter of Elba, AL; his daughters, Anne Cline (Joel) of Elba, AL, Beverly Lassiter (Jane Detweiler) of Reno, NV and Mary Beth Lassiter of Atlanta, GA; his brother Roy Lassiter (Margie) of Merritt, NC; his sister-in-law Elaine Reid of Los Angeles, CA; his grandchildren, Erin Smith (Andrew) of Watkinsville, GA, Mark Wells (Lizzie) of Elberton, GA, Grace Rodriguez (Jacob) of Elba, AL and Joseph Cline of Elba, AL; and his great grandchildren, Matt Smith of Watkinsville, GA, Tyler Smith of Watkinsville, GA, Connor Smith of Watkinsville, GA, Peyton Smith of Watkinsville, GA and Oakleigh-Anne Rodriguez of Elba, AL..
