She was predeceased by: her father Jackie Boutwell; her grandparent Veneria; and her great-grandparents, Leon, Erma Napper, Handy and Angeline Boutwell.
She is survived by: her mother Christal Flowers (Danny Keel); her siblings, Jeremy Boutwell, Eric Boutwell and Christie Carswell (Aron); her children, Savannah Phillips, Mason Westfall and Ivy Westfall; and her grandmother Willie Nell Flowers. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 11:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Skeen Funeral Home Chapel (707 S George Wallace Dr, Troy, AL 36081).
