She is survived by: her mother Adelia Harrison of Elba, AL; her husband Roger Kent Williams of Elba, AL; her son Matthew Kent Williams of Elba, AL; her siblings, Shelia Harrison of Elba, AL, Kenneth Harrison of Elba, AL and Tim Harrison (Linda) of Elba, AL; her nephew Bridge Harrison of Elba, AL; and her aunts, Betty Jo Hicks (Ken) of Elba, AL and Annette Windham of New Brockton, AL..

Flowers may be given, or donations may be made in Phyllis's honor to Gentiva Hospice of Enterprise.
