He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Hudson; his siblings, Kelia Fleming and James Hudson; and his parents, Roland Hudson and Lorener Hudson.

He is survived by: his children, Chris Hudson (Destiny) and Paige Hudson; his grandchildren, Tanner Hudson (Ashlynn), Kate Hudson, Hillary Hudson, Daniele Pridgen (Mason Cherch), Rylee Pridgen and Lillie-Grace Hudson; his great grandchild Delanie Reagan Cherch; his sister Barbara Stewart (Ken); his nephew Scotty Moulton; and his grandchild Terry.
