She was predeceased by: her parents, Zomalar Adell Daniels and Johnny Samuel Daniels; and her husband Jesse Adam Whitfield. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Robertson (late Nicholas), Mark Whitfield (Tabitha), Jesse Whitfield Jr. (Shelia), Renethia Singletary (Anthony), Timothy Whitfield (Judith), Nicholas Whitfield (Angel), Jacqueline Thomas, April Sistrunk (Jerry) and Velma Whitfield (John). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
