Douglas Eugene Strassner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2024, at the age of 68, Douglas Eugene Strassner of Elberta, Alabama, born in Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Ellis Strassner and Janice Douglas Strassner. He is survived by : his wife Ange Jimmerson; his daughters, Kristin Allison (Kenny) of Daphne, AL, Jenna Strassner of Bay Minette, AL and Taylor Smith (Josh) of Daphne, AL; his stepsons, Matthew Mabry of Huntsville, AL and Will Jimmerson (Zoe) of Foley, AL; and his sisters, Cynthia Caprez (Mike) of Akron, OH and Helen Kurtz (Mike) of Redding, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and other relatives and close friends.
