He is survived by: his children, Steven Ray Smith (Simona) of Elberta, AL and Janice Marie Smith Nugent (Mark) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Farrah Leighann Nugent, Mark Ryan Nugent, Steven Ray Smith, Jr., Georgia Elena Smith, Nicolas Matteo Smith and Samuele Marco Smith.
