He was predeceased by: his father Henry; and his sisters, Barbara Jean O'Bryant, Loretta Hardy, Henrietta McDaniel and Faye Westmoreland.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Westmoreland; his children, Thomas Morris "Morey" Westmoreland (Gina) and Brandie Buzbee (Scott); and his sister Lindy Roy of Hueytown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
