In the sacred silence of farewell, Vernon is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Vernon's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Terri Klein; and his granddaughter Katrina. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Scheer of Elberta, AL; his children, Scooter Scheer (Jessica) of Elberta, AL and Tammy White of Gulf Shores, AL; his son-in-law Eugene Klein; his grandchildren, Kelvin, Kaleigh, Kassie and DeAnna; and his sisters, Lois Turner of Elberta, AL and Stephanie Larson of Lillian, AL. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
