He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim "Bud" Ray and Betty Hargrove Ray; and his brother Charlie Ray. He is survived by: his wife Gina Ray; his pets, Harlee and Bailey; and his sibling's children, Amanda England (Chris), Brian Ray (Anjillyn) and Cody Roper (Crystal).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in David memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
