She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Erwin and Ruby Erwin (Kirkpatrick); and her siblings, James Allen Erwin and Jewell Erwin Gaines. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Gibson; her daughters, Dana Gibson Ham (Jeffrey) and Denise Gibson Harwell; her grandchildren, Tyler Lee Ham, Katelynn Elizabeth Ham and Alyssa Paige Harwell; her great grandchildren, Oakland Ham and Riley Ham; and her siblings, Joan Gardner (late James Ellis Gardner), Carolyn Hughey (Doug) and Larry Erwin (Judy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; cousins; and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
