He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Bottom and Westella Pearl Buckner Bottom; and his sister Trudell Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bottom; his children, Westella Woodfin (Adam) of Ardmore, Lynn Edwards of Elkmont and Greg Edwards of Elkton; his brothers, Jackie Bottom (Betty) of Blanche and Jerry Bottom (Pat) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Makayla Stafford, Heather Stafford, Rachel Haney (Isaac), Zeke Haney (Brie), Katie Woodfin and Sam Woodfin; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Haney, Zane Carruth and Eliza Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home (27186 Main St, Ardmore, AL 35739). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
