It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nora Elizabeth Osborn of Elkmont, Alabama, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Turner and Emma Collins Turner; her husband James W. Osborn; her son Billie Osborn; and her siblings, Elmon "Bud" Turner, Carlos "Wayne" Turner, Aubrey Turner, William Turner, Marshall Turner and Nellie Webster.

She is survived by: her children, Donnie Osborn (Deborah), Carolyn Sands and Robin Hester (Kevin); and her siblings, Nolan Turner and Emma Hardiman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
