He is survived by: his wife Viola Brown Mills; his children, Jamie Mills and Kim Maxwell (Donald); his grandchildren, DJ Maxwell (Nicole) and Katie Maxwell; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Maxwell and Arthur Maxwell.
