He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Wayne Powers and Nellie Lee Smith Powers. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Powers; his children, William Justin Powers (Gina), Tonya Dawn Powers, Elizabeth Lee Daniel (Michael) and Morgan James (Cody); his brothers, Ricky Powers (Norma) and David Powers (Fannie); his grandchildren, Katie Looney, Andrew Powers, Carlos Powers, Cody Daniel, Trent Daniel and Henry James; and his great grandchild Stella Looney. He is also survived by two nieces and one great niece.
