She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alvin Parr and Flora Bell McLain; her siblings, Leodis, Sam, Joyce, Rex, Bennie and Shirley; and her grandchildren, Jennifer and Chris.
She is survived by: her husband James B. Spear (Ralph); her children, Ed Campbell (Fran), Steve Campbell (Susie), Trish Spurlock (Frank), Jeff Spear and Jason Spear (Marcia); and her grandchildren, Lyndi, Joseph, Steve, Jamie, Hillary, Kaleb, Jayden, Kelsey, Kayla, Josh, Angela and Jay. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In honor of her selfless gift as a kidney donor, the family requests that donations be made to the Alabama Kidney Foundation or the National Kidney Foundation in lieu of flowers.
