He was predeceased by: his daughter Tiya Mullenix; his siblings, Harold Mullenix and Nelda Meade; and his parents, Floyd Woodrow Mullenix and Louise Brown Mullenix.
He is survived by: his wife Nita Stewart Mullenix; his son Joey Mullenix (Susie); his granddaughters, Abbie Hanson (Dustin) and Gracie Mullenix; his siblings-in-law, Butch Meade of Moundville, AL and Carolyn Mullenix; his niece Sandra Wood (Evan); and his nephews, John Mullenix, Jason Mullenix (Dana) and Nick Meade (Molly).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Gracie Mullenix Kidney Transplant Fund at any Bryant Bank location, checks made payable to Gracie Mullenix.
