She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Hoagland and Peggy Cupps; her stepfather Roy Cupp; and her grandmother Georgia Lou. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Franklin; her daughter Hope De'Ann Fowler; her sister LeAnn Harding; her brother-in-law Doug Harding; her grandchildren, Saga, Ava and Dakota Harper; and her great grandchild Audrey Kate Harper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bell Funeral Home Chapel (510 Main St, Sumiton, AL 35148). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
