She was predeceased by : her significant other Frank Ray Roberts; her parents, Leo Nethery and Wilma Nethery; and her siblings, Carl Nethery, Bobby Hill, Cecil Nethery and Martha Uptain.

She is survived by : her granddaughters, Carla Griffin (Paul), Regina Upton (Nathan), Tina Schannep (Todd), Teresa Cosper (Randy) and Christine Roberts; her sister Willodean Elliot; and also Carroll Nethery.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bell Sumiton Chapel (510 Main St, Sumiton, AL 35148). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
