He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall George Washington "Bunk" and Kumie Money Kelley; and his brothers, Billy Kelley and Bobby Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Merle Childs Kelley; his sons, Mike Kelley (Sheila) and Jay Kelley; and his sister Brenda Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
