He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irene Phillips (Cain) and Al Phillips; his brother Tim Phillips; his son Trevor Phillips; his wife Sandra; his sons, Carson and Tim; his siblings, Cliff Phillips (Kathy) and Connie Holland; and his parents-in-law, Jewell Allen and Clifford Harris (Glenna).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to First Baptist Church Enterprise Student Ministry.
