With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Ned Locklar of Enterprise, Alabama, born in New Brockton, Alabama, who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Locklar and Lois Donaldson Locklar. He is survived by : his sons, Steve Locklar of New Brockton, AL and David Locklar (Gisela) of Enterprise, AL; his sister Patricia Clark (Henry) of Elba, AL; and his granddaughter Victoria Olsen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church.
