He is survived by: his fiancée Charity Epperson of Enterprise, AL; his parents, Marlin Phillips and Janice Phillips of Enterprise, AL; his siblings, Shannon Phillips (Laura) of Enterprise, AL and Kelly Harding (Bill); his niece Ashely Phillips; his nephews, Matthew Phillips and Justin George; and his aunt Sherry Golden (Ricky) of Cullman, AL.. He is also survived by three great-nieces.
