He is survived by: his wife Nancy Marie Francis of Enterprise, AL; his son Dalton Hendrix Francis, Jr. (Lisa) of Elba, AL; his siblings, Judy Holder of Enterprise, AL, Glenna McCoy of Titusville, FL, Tommi Vannoy of Jacksonville, NC, Michael Hurley of Waverly, KY and James Earl Francis of Chapmanville, WV.; his granddaughter Olivia Chancellor of Xenia, OH; his nephew Basil "Buddy" Frye of Enterprise, AL; and his niece Shannon Shepherd of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Christ Community Church (1303 E Park Ave, Enterprise, AL 36330). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
