He is survived by: his wife Dawn Locke; his children, Dr. DeAnna Hellwich (Dylan) of Bend, OR, David Martin Locke II of Florida, Deborah Godwin (Sean) of Clarksville, TN, Brandyn Shallenberger of Enterprise, Erik Shallenberger (Kaylynn) of Enterprise and Destiny Locke (Garrett Harrison) of Enterprise; and his siblings, Susan Diantha Martin of Malvern, AR, Eldorah Marshall (Aztec) and Butch Winters (Jerry). He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
