She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hammer and Katharina Duemke Hammer. She is survived by: her husband Frank Spreeman; her children, Marcia Varney (Richard) and Lawrence Spreeman (Grethe); and her brother John Hammer (Virginia). She is also survived by three grandchildren; two great- grandchildren.
