She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Preusser and Marie Östereich Preusser; her former husband Werner Müller; her husband Joseph R. Lawson; her siblings, Hilde Kugle, Emmi Heng, Margarete Alessie and Richard Preusser; and her granddaughter LaPonda Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Hardi Müller (Melanie) of Kentucky, Doris Burton (Major) of Enterprise and Gisela Jennings of California; and her grandchildren, Manuela Swasey (Jarrod), Marvin Nanz, Theresa Burton (James Adams), Felicia Cole (Thomas), Jessica Burton, Patrick Burton, Antje Schafer and Ginger Jennings. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
