He is survived by: his wife Christie Bass; his children, Pepper Simonds (Kevin) and Jearl McNeal, Jr. (Corey); his siblings, Hazel Bass, Sue Posey, Dani Garner, Lilly Oakley (Edward), Mary Bordeaux and John Bass (Wanda); his grandchildren, Jamie Bannin (Sherry), Tasha Pippin (Jeffrey), Katrianna Angelino, Justice McNeal, Evi McNeal and Caleb Smith (Dakota); and his great grandchildren, Landan King, Dixie DeBoer, Lochlan Woodruff, Collin Smith, Dayne Bannin, Riley Bannin and Kohl Pippin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and also special family members.
