He was predeceased by: his parents, Rutherford LeMarr and Helen LeMarr Wright. He is survived by: his wife Sherry LeMarr; his daughters, Erin Whiteley of Peachtree City, GA and Stephanie Lawson; and his grandchildren, Grayson James Whiteley, Ava Victoria Whiteley and Logan Dee Lawson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
