She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Stokes and Della Stokes; her husband Joel John Mikuta; her son Jarrell Jay Mikuta; and her siblings, Jim Stokes, Gilbert Stokes and Britta Sheets (Stokes).

She is survived by : her son Joel John Mikuta, Jr. (Laurie); her granddaughter Georgia Mikuta of New Port Richey, FL; her daughter-in-law Fran Mikuta; and her grandsons, Connor Mikuta of St. Petersburg, FL. and Kevin Mikuta of St. Petersburg, FL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
