She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Berrett and Mattie Bell Shehee Herring; her husband Lewis Talmadge Skinner; her children, Wanda Gilley (Anley) and Buddy Skinner (Sheila); her grandchildren, Mitch Gilley (Jennifer Lynn), Eric Gilley (Amanda), Jennifer Herb (Danny), Michael Skinner (Kristen) and Misty Thrash (Jason); her great grandchildren, Katie Davis (Hue), Anabeth Kendrick (Preston), Barrett Gilley, Mason Gilley, Zoe Gainey, Zane Wallace, Leo Feola, Navi Herb, Andy Herb, Alyssa Skinner, Talon Skinner, Will Skinner, Marissa Thrash and Holland Thrash; and her great great grandchildren, Henslee Davis, Walker Barfield, Banks Barfield, Liam Gainey and Jennings Kendrick. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Home Baptist Church or DaySpring Hospice.
