It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Scott Helton of Enterprise, Alabama, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Joseph is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joseph's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Imogene, Theo Atchley, Ola and R. C. Helton; and his uncles, Rick Atchley, John Atchley and Troy Atchley.
He is survived by: his parents, Jospeh C. Helton and Jeanette Helton; and his brother Christopher C. Helton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Carr Funeral Home (1960 Obrig Ave, Guntersville, AL 35976). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
