He is survived by: his wife Kang Joy of Enterprise, AL; his daughters, Christina Frausto (Timothy) of Clarksville, TN and Rachel Joy of Pascagoula, MS; and his sisters, Evelyn Joy (Puerto Rico) and Dolly Joy (Puerto Rico). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
