She is survived by: her children, David Guinn (Ronda) and Susan Smith (Ken); her sister Sylvia Hollar; and her grandchildren, Matthew Smith (Jeff), Megan Luke (Darrick), Amber Hyatt and Thomas Spearman (Amber).
