He is survived by: his wife Kathy Darlene Hayes of Enterprise, AL; his children, Airen Hayes (Alyssa) of New Brockton, AL, Jason Hayes (Megan) of Dothan, AL, Lindsay Smith (Anthony) of Enterprise, AL, Eric Paul (Shannon) of Enterprise, AL, Ashley Paul (Meghan) of New Brockton, AL and Wesley Paul of Marianna, AL; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Victoria, Triniti (Jadyn), Reegan, Jaiden, Sydney, Juliana, Karsyn, Jaxon, Forrest, Aliyah, MaKenna and Trenton. He is also survived by 1 great grandchild, Dutton; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethany Baptist Church (1805 Co Rd 533, New Brockton, AL 36351). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
