He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Luke McCuistian and Elsie Marie Shawver McCuistian; his sister Louise Tatum (Dave); his wife Anne McCuistian; and his daughter Susan Lynn McCuistian.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lewis (Delores) and Lois; and his children, Richard (Lynne), Mark and Michele. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
