He is survived by: his parents, Brittany Johnston and Luis Alfredo Lopez; his siblings, Michael, Erlin, Elian and Royer; his grandparents, Paul Johnston, Shanna Thompson, Maria Dolores Alfaro and Candido Lopez; and his great-grandparent Hazel Rhodes. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clearman Chapel. A reception was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Southern Heritage Funeral Home (1000 Hodgesville Rd, Dothan, AL 36301).
