She was predeceased by: her father Reverend Earl Gene Wise; and her sister Marjorie Jean Wise. She is survived by: her mother Merline McLean Wise; her daughter Samantha Gale Brown Roy; her grandchildren, Hunter Brown Roy (Madison) and Lillie Gale Roy; her sisters, Faye and Donna; the father of her child Cecil Junior Brown; and her friends, Lydia Shirah Mott and Sissy Byrd Moeglin.
