He is survived by: his children, Pam S. Kormylo (Eric) of Enterprise, AL, Paige Smith Wyatt (Massl) of Corrales, NM and Michael L. Smith, Jr. (Amy) of Vestavia, AL; and his grandchildren, Chloe Sage Wyatt, Evan James Kormylo and William Glen Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
