He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Cook (Anthony) and Harley Gulley (Patriic); his siblings, Jaqueline Muela, Terri Gibson, Robin Cook, Michael Holley and Donnie Huckaba; his aunt Dale Griffen; and his friends, Teresa Odom and Antony Acree. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other realities and friends.
