He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Wagner and Mabel Paul Wagner; his wife Patricia Bliss Wagner; his children, Pauline Lockhart and Kenneth Wagner; and his sons-in-law, Bo Lockhart and Farrell McKinney.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly McKinney; and his grandchildren, Karrie Grubba (Patrick), Rebecca Davis, Joseph McKinney, Kayla Corey (Charles) and Justin McKinney. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Paul's memory.
