She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia L. Bliss Wagner; and her husband Carthel Lockhart. She is survived by: her father Paul A. Wagner; her daughter Karrie Grubba (Patrick); her sister Kimberly McKinny; her grandchildren, Christopher Grubba (Kat), Tiffany Miller (Isaac) and Chelsea Grubba; and her great grandchildren, Derek King, Genevieve Grubba and Hudson Miller. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
